About
Losing someone we love can be one of the most profound challenges we will ever face. When grief enters our lives, trying to understand the emotions, beliefs, and questions that follow can feel overwhelming. While there is no single way to grieve, learning to work through your emotions and explore your beliefs can help you find a meaningful path toward healing. In this course, we explore what grief really is and examine practical methods and coping strategies that can help you navigate the difficult periods of loss. Rather than simply trying to “move on,” you will be encouraged to understand your grief, process the emotions that accompany it, and gradually find your way through the emptiness and pain. The course also explores the possibility of existence beyond physical death, offering a different perspective for those searching for hope, meaning, comfort, or a continued sense of connection with someone they have lost. Certified NLP Life Coach, Author, and Reiki Master Teacher Kim Halerwich-Clark draws upon her professional experience, personal journey, and unique perspective as a bereaved parent. After losing her only son in 2015, Kim experienced firsthand the emotional devastation of profound loss. Through her own healing journey, she discovered coping techniques, reflective practices, and approaches that can help others navigate the complex experience of grief. Throughout the course, Kim shares practical exercises and tools designed to help you work through difficult emotions and develop healthier ways of coping with loss. She also explores the possibility of life beyond physical death and shares her personal experiences and beliefs surrounding continued connection with those who have passed. As part of the course, you will have the opportunity to experience a guided meditation created to support relaxation, reflection, and a sense of connection with loved ones in the spirit world.
